By using NordenHosting (a branch of NordenVPS.dk), you agree to the following terms:

1. General Conditions:
   - Services must not be used for illegal activities, spam, or abuse.
   - Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials secure.

2. Refund Policy:
   - Dashboard purchases (e.g., panel upgrades, credits): Non-refundable (0% refund).
   - VPS purchases: Eligible for a 14-day refund period, unless the VPS has been misused or violated our policies.

3. Suspension & Termination:
   We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, security risks, or abuse of services.

4. Liability:
   NordenHosting/NordenVPS is not liable for data loss, downtime, or damages arising from the use of our services. Customers are responsible for their own backups.

5. Jurisdiction:
   These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark and Portugal, where NordenVPS is based.
